‘iPod Touch’ Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Smart Media Services Limited or its associated companies, their families, their agents, and anyone connected with the Draw.
2. The prize is an iPod Touch 8GB. It is worth £199.99 (value correct at the time of going to press)
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. Only one entry is allowed per person.
5. Full registrations should be made on www.smartnewhomes.com
6. One prize will be drawn each month – closing date for entry will be the last working day of each month.
7. By entering the Draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed the rules.
8. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for any entries lost or delayed.
9. The draw will be supervised by a person independent of the promoter and its agents.
10. The winner will be notified by post or phone as soon as possible after the Draw.
11. The decision of the promoter is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner’s name and county, and that of the independent supervisor will be made available after the last working day of each month, on request to anyone sending a SAE marked results to: ‘iPod Touch Prize Draw Results’, 10/11 Gladman Business Quarter, Edison Court, Wrexham Technology Park, Wrexham, LL13 7YT.
13. The winner must be willing to take part in any publicity, at the promoter’s discretion.
